Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are a flat rate of $24.

November 18th - Hopefully the Canada Post services will resume soon and the shipping rate will drop accordingly!

Orders are shipped with Canada Post as expedited parcels or in prepaid shipping boxes. Both options provide tracking numbers and require 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Delivery is usually quicker than that if you are in the Maritime Provinces.

If you want to guarantee faster delivery you can get in touch with me regarding courier service fees. The flat rate will not apply to your order.

Shipping is available to destinations in Canada and Continental USA.

My studio is located in Sydney, Nova Scotia CANADA

Return & Exchange Policy

It is important that you are completely satisfied with your purchase!

Please notify me within 5 business days of receiving your items to arrange a return or exchange. A refund will be issued once I have received the item and determined that it is in it's original condition.

Refunds can only be issued for the cost of the item/s and will not include the shipping charges.
